Masters and Masters of Divinity students are required to participate in an intercultural immersion experience, either internationally or in the United States, over a minimum of two weeks, consecutive or in equivalency. Students may participate beginning in their first full year of matriculation. A general orientation to the immersion experience, as well as a debriefing seminar following the immersion is required. Students complete a reflection paper or project in order to integrate their experience into their theological studies.
