If you have registered for classes but must cancel, please notify us by 4 p.m. on the first day of class. Changes to your registration must be in writing using the Change of Registration form on the website.
- DROP the classes for which you are registered.
- ADD "Continuing Enrollment" as your replacement class on your Change of Registration Form.
- Your account will be charged the fee for Continuing Enrollment.
- A $100 fee is charged to students who withdraw from their classes after 4 p.m. on the first day of class.
To cancel your housing reservation, you MUST notify the Office of Housing, as early as possible, at housing@wesleyseminary.edu. Housing charges will apply if notice is not given by 4 p.m. on the first day of class.
