Applications are honored in the order in which they are received. All applications are a reservation for space. Should you decide you will no longer require your assigned room, it is your responsibility to notify the Office of Housing. Failure to do so in a timely manner will result in charges on your account that cannot be refunded or only a partial refund. If approved for housing, you will be issued a contract for your signature, and charges will be applied to your student account.
